| If the materials not yet produced bricks and without analysis, we highly suggest to do some analysis in local laboratory or send some raw materials to us for testing, The purpose & cost of analysis & testing : 1.The primary analysis(5kgs for each type of raw materials): find out the chemical composition of each materials for identify if the materials are good to produce bricks, (cost 800 USD) 2.Testing & trail production (20kgs for each type of raw materials): Trail production and make brick samples in our laboratory (with mini brick production line, mini dryer & mini kiln) can find out the best solution of mixing, drying temperature, drying cycle, firing curve and best firing temperature range etc...
