(2) Sludge semi - drying and homogenization technology
Sludge semi-drying technology: plate and frame press filtration composite solar drying system, high efficiency and energy saving. In the first step, the sludge was dehydrated to 60% by plate frame pressure filtration, and in the second step, the sludge was dehydrated to 40% by solar drying.

4. Comprehensive utilization of crop straw resources
Straw returning: Straw returning is an effective method to supplement and balance soil nutrients and improve soil, and is one of the basic measures for high-yield field construction.
Forage application: After microbial fermentation, the straw will decompose cellulose, lignin, hemicellulose and other macromolecular substances into low molecular monosaccharides or oligosaccharides through the degradation of special enzymes produced by microbial metabolism, so as to improve the nutritional value.
Substrate application: using crop straws to grow mushroom and other fungi; Straw seedling tray, flower and wood substrate, lawn substrate, greenhouse seedling, etc.
Energy application: Biomass energy is the fourth largest energy after coal, oil and natural gas, accounting for 14% of the world's total energy consumption.
Industrial raw material application: straw is the raw material of light industry, textile and building materials, can partially replace brick, wood and other materials, straw wall board can be used as a substitute for wood and ceramic tile.
Industrialized test
According to the condition of raw materials and project needs, industrialized tests can be performed, which is convenient for more accurate judgment of the feasibility of raw materials, and making the project product positioning, process design and equipment selection more reasonable.

The purpose & cost of analysis & testing : 1.The primary analysis(5kgs for each type of raw materials): find out the chemical composition of each materials for identify if the materials are good to produce bricks, (cost 800 USD) 2.Testing & trail production (20kgs for each type of raw materials): Trail production and make brick samples in our laboratory (with mini brick production line, mini dryer & mini kiln) can find out the best solution of mixing, drying temperature, drying cycle, firing curve and best firing temperature range etc... (cost 2200 USD)
  The primary analysis is necessary and economic and for all the brick project to reduce investment risk and trail production are highly suggested, especially high investment brick project.
