Function description
| This machine is a vacuum hard plastic extruder manufactured according to Western European technology. The extrusion length of the double clay bars is the same, the material is extruded evenly, and the extrusion pressure is high. The quality of the spindle assembly is reliable, weighing about 3.5 tons, which is 30% heavier than its counterparts, and has a large safety factor. The structure of the machine has good rigidity. The auger reamer is made of high-chromium alloy, and the auger is made of aluminum mold, with high material density and good wear resistance, which is exactly the same as the Spanish auger. A type, B type, C type, D type, F type and other screw augers are tailor-made according to the raw materials. The gearbox is a Kaibo hard-toothed gearbox, using NGC technology. The lower gearbox weighs 11200kg and the upper gearbox weighs 5200kg. High transmission efficiency. The mixing shaft and extruding shaft are made of 40Cr and passed through quenching and tempering heat treatment.
