1. Application and principle
JKB50-3.0 extruder is a larger-bore series designed and developed on the basis of JKR45-2.0 vacuum extruder. It is suitable for extrusion of bricks such as shale, shale and fly ash. The machine has strong rigidity, compact structure, uniform extrusion pressure and good sealing performance, especially the design of the main shaft assembly, which improves the convenience of assembly and maintenance. The gears of the gearbox apply 35GrMo and 42GrMo alloy steel hard tooth surface. The surface greatly improves the contact strength of the tooth surface and prolongs the service life of the gear box.
