Conveyer Belt

The belt conveyor is mainly composed of a frame, a belt, an electric roller, an idler roller, a tensioning device, and a support frame. After the tape winds around the rollers at both ends, use tape clips or vulcanization methods to connect the two ends together to make it a closed-loop structure. The tape is supported by upper and lower rollers, and the tape is tightened by a tensioning device with a certain tension. When the electric drum rotates, the tape runs continuously with the help of the friction between the electric drum and the tape, so that the goods loaded on the tape are unloaded from the unloading roller.
