function description | FS600×400-2 double-stage coal cinder is suitable for the crushing of cinder, raw material with particle size <100 mm and water content below 25%. Working principle: The machine is equivalent to two hammer mills reasonable combined into one, two sets of rotors are used in series. When the material is fed into the feeding port by the conveyor, the double rotor is crushed up and down two levels. The two sets of rotors connected in series cause the material crushed by the upper rotor to be shredded again by the hammer of the lower rotor which is rapidly rotating, and the inner cavity materials collide with each other at a rapid speed to crush each other to achieve the effect of crushing，and then discharge directly. | ||
