1. Application
The 2PGL80×60 screw stone remover is the raw material stone remover in the brick and tile production industry. Features: the whole machine is composed of helical roller assembly and flat roller assembly. Compact. The surface of the helical roller cover is made of wear-resisting material, with high surface hardness and good wear-resisting performance, strong effect except stone, low maintenance cost, high production efficiency and low power consumption. Especially suitable for coarse crushing and stone removal of materials below medium hard (platts hardness 4 ~ 5) such as mountain mud and construction soil.

3. Structure and Principle
The machine consists of a combination of wall panel, roller assembly, hopper and power transmission system. After the two motors are started, two sets of belts with different speed ratios are used to drive the rollers to rotate at a relatively high speed, thus rolling, rolling and crushing the materials entering the gap between the two rollers into the conveyor belt from the bottom, and the stones are discharged through the outlet to achieve the effect of removing stones from the mud.
4. Installation
The total weight of this equipment is about 5.5 tons (excluding motor) should be adopted when hoisting Φ 11.6 x 19 above specifications wire rope set into the chassis assembly, smooth and light.
The installation foundation of the equipment shall be two uniformly high concrete piers with a depth of 500-600mm below the ground. The ground height shall be determined according to the requirements of the technological process, but the height distance between the bottom frame and the upper plane of the conveyor or mixer shall be ensured to be 300-400mm.
5.Operation and Maintenance
1. Before the equipment is put into use, all fasteners should be carefully inspected and there should be no loosening or missing parts. Check for stoppers between rotating parts.
2. Check the same before starting. The motor can be put into load operation for a period of time without load (≥30 minutes). Each restart shall be started without load and put into load operation after entering the rated speed.
3. Due to the non-uniformity of materials, the vibration of the equipment will cause the loosening of fasteners, so it must be checked frequently.
4. During the lubrication of the equipment, the rolling bearing has been injected with the complex calcium base grease (2fg-1) at one time during the final assembly. Generally, the lubricating grease shall be replaced or supplemented within 10 ~ 20 days after operation.
5. If the two roller surface wear, should be timely welding wear - resistant materials.
