DWY Series hydraulic multi-bucket excavator is a new generation product which is in line with JC/ T965-2005 standard of hydraulic multi-bucket reclaimer for wall material industry on the basis of absorbing the characteristics of similar international products and combining with years of experience in designing and producing such products.

Hydraulic bucket excavator is a kind of equipment for continuous excavation of aged materials with multiple buckets, which is suitable for the excavation of loose materials such as coal gangue,fly ash, shale,clay,etc.
4.Product structure overview and working principle
1.The main structure
Hydraulic multi-bucket excavator mainly consists of frame, excavating device, walking device, lifting device and so on.
(1).The frame adopts welding structure with good rigidity and can bear large load, which guarantees the safe and balanced operation of the equipment.
(2).The digging device consists of bucket arm, active sprocket device, driven sprocket device and chain bucket.
(3).The walking device is composed of reducer, driving wheel device and driven wheel device.
(4).The lifting device is composed of hydraulic cylinder, etc.
2.Working principle
(1).Bucket arm lifting principle
Hydraulic station work drives the cylinder back or out, so that the bucket arm through the lever up or down rotation to achieve lifting motion.
(2).Principle of material mining
The parallel shaft reduction motor drives the active sprocket wheel to rotate, and the active sprocket drives the chain bucket to move, so as to realize the excavation work. The excavated materials fall into the belt conveyor through the hopper, completing the whole machine excavation work.
3.Structural features
(1).With the hydraulic transmission mechanism instead of the traditional winch lifting mechanism, make the layout more reasonable and compact hydraulic transmission also make the equipment has the advantages of smooth operation, simple operation, convenient maintenance, cylinder with two-way hydraulic lock, two-way pressure maintenance.
(2).The hopper structure is unique and novel, and the cleaning plate eliminates the phenomenon of sticking.
(3).The hydraulic lifting system has the function of fast lifting and adjusting slow falling, which can control the mining output smoothly and reliably.
(4).The large roller plate conveyor chain makes the chain and sprocket mesh better and increases the service life of the slide plate.
