This automatic material distribution control system is specially designed according to the characteristics and requirements of retrieving materials from the aging warehouse (receiving materials in intervals and requiring uniform distribution of materials). The user can arbitrarily choose the distribution interval according to the needs, and realize the uniform distribution of the material in the shuttle in this interval, so as to achieve a better aging effect and facilitate the normal reclaiming of the reclaimer.
This system is mainly composed of Siemens 200PLC, Beijing Kunlun Tongtai touch screen MCGS and wireless remote device. It adopts famous Schneider and Chint electronic control components to complete the required actions of the system control.
