Exit tractor LY-40

The Exit tractor is mainly composed of a frame, a pulling trolley, a deceleration motor, a sprocket, a chain and so on.
The equipment is driven by the diameter of the motor and the reducer, with simple structure, flexible operation, large power and low failure rate. It is placed at the exit of the tunnel kiln, and the dried or roasted kiln car is pulled out from the kiln and sent to the shuttle car
Driven by servo motor and chain transmission mechanism, the kiln car can achieve bidirectional and accurate movement. Reduce the time of changing the kiln car when the machine code blank, and realize the full automatic or semi-automatic work.
